1st ASIAN BEACH GAMES BALI 2008
JOB OPENINGS – MARKETING DIRECTORATE

The 1st Asian Beach Games will take place in Bali from 18th to 26th October and is one of the largest multi-sport events in Asia and Indonesia with 19 sports, 3,000 athletes and 45 participating countries.  The Organising Committee (BABGOC) is looking for senior managers to join the Marketing Directorate for immediate start on a project base until the end of November.

1) PR & Events Manager

Responsible for managing the PR plan to raise awareness about the Games through press events, press releases, media interviews, special events, and overseeing the budget.  Candidates must have good relationships with journalists and possess excellent communication skills.

2) Sponsorship Account Managers

Responsible for overseeing client servicing with the Games sponsors to ensure their benefits are delivered such as advertising, ticketing and signage.  Candidates must be experienced in client servicing and also possess outstanding communication and project management skills.
